Complete airframe rebuild in 1992, 3180hrtt. Airframe sandblasted and repainted. All control cables replaced. New seat slings, baggage compt, floor boards, and side windows. New wing leading edge skins and trailing edge’s. Airframe covered with Cooper Superflite.
At annual with 3194.0 TT, new sealed lift struts and attaching forks were installed. Tail wheel was overhauled, new shock cords, New muffler shroud and tailpipe shroud.
Cleveland wheels and brakes with new 8.00-6 tires installed at 3242.8 TT.
Continental A-75 engine 2708.2 TT, 214.4 SMOH.
At 117.0 SMOH, new Slick mags, shielded harness, Champion REM40E plugs were installed. Cylinders were removed, valves inspected, honed cylinder walls and new rings installed.
